Recipe Rewind – Mexican Dishes for the Super Bowl

Today, we are doing a recipe rewind of Mexican dishes for the Super Bowl.  Mexican dishes are a favorite at my house, so I have a lot of them!  This isn’t even all of my favorites.  I only included what would be great to serve at the Super Bowl.  I must recommend that if you have never tried the Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas, you must!   It was a recipe I shared when my blog was just a month old, so the photography isn’t what it would be if I made it today. Those enchiladas have such a unique flavor.  Even if you don’t have it for the Super Bowl, add it to your list for dinner this week.  You will LOVE IT.
