You must make this sweet orange butter if you are serving rolls for Easter dinner!  It is my new favorite thing to spread on a fresh baked roll!  The burst of orange flavor is refreshing.  It basically makes a regular old roll taste just like a sweet orange roll.  Make it, you won’t regret it!  What more can I say?

Sweet Orange Butter


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Zest from 1 orange

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add butter and beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla and blend with mixer until well combined.
  3. Finally fold in orange zest.
