Italian Herb Butter

Garlic bread tends to be a staple side for Italian dishes. My family loves it and I have a couple of ways I like to make it. However, this is a change from your regular garlic bread and it’s a change you definitely need to try. You only need 3 ingredients for this Italian Herb Butter.
You just mix together softened butter with some dry Italian dressing mix and some minced garlic. The recipe makes a fair amount, but it can be kept in the freezer for whenever you need it. I have little glass Mason jars that I keep mine in. The secret ingredient to this delicious recipe is that package of dry Italian dressing mix. It adds so much flavor to the butter with this one simple ingredient.

I like to spread it on slices of French or Italian bread. Then I wrap the bread in foil. Then I bake at 325 for for 15-20 minutes. My family prefers their bread this way because they like it soft. Alternatively, you can broil the slices in the oven for crisp and crunchy bread.Â
