One dish meals are always nice to have included in your recipe file.  Who doesn’t love a meal without a lot of clean up?  Today’s super fast pasta bake recipe is just that.  It’s an easy meal that is all mixed and cooked together in the same dish. This is a staple meal I have been making for my family since 2011.

Now, the only other things you may have to dirty when making this is a measuring cup, spoon, and cheese grater. You can skip the cheese grater if you want to use some pre-shredded cheese.

It is also a simple cheesy pasta dish. It’s made with just pasta, sauce, and cheese.  There is no need to pre-cook you pasta here.  It all cooks together in the oven.  This fast pasta bake is a yummy meatless dish!  I found this one and adapted it from Meals 4 Moms.

  1. Thanks for the recipe! If I wanted to add meat, can I just add some cooked chicken cubes or would that interfere with the cooking of the raw pasta?

So easy to make! I did everything like the recipe said except DOUBLED the pasta and it was perfect (1hr cook time before the cheese). Will def add veggie ground beef last night, and maybe mushrooms and other veggies!

  3. I love pasta bakes and this one sounds nice, but I find that there is to much fluid by at least two times. Either increase your pasta to a lb+ or decrease all your liquid ingredients some.
Also, for a different zip, try some green chilis in there sometime. Not overpowering and I think it’s a nice spin on the bake idea.
Thanks for a great site, with a nice layout. Happy cooking.

  4. Thanks so much for his recipe, it’s so simple & I’m so glad you don’t have to cook the pasta before hand a snit takes forever!

  7. I love that this is made with raw pasta! I tend to get lazy about pasta bakes sometimes because of the added step of cooking the pasta first! Looks delicious!

I tried the recipe with a small add: I added ricotta and camembert cheese with mozarella………..a new taste…I like all types of cheese.
