Have you heard of fry sauce before? It’s really big in Utah. The basic sauce is a combination of mayo and ketchup that you dip your fries in. However, this special fry sauce version has a little more to it.
The key to a good fry sauce is to start with the mayo in a bowl and stir it just until it’s smooth. Now, don’t over stir it or it will be too runny. Then, you add in any other ingredients and stir until blended.
This special sauce has your basic mayo and ketchup along with yellow mustard, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. It makes an amazing sauce. Serve it with fries or with the bacon cheeseburger wrap I am sharing with you tomorrow.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Add mayo to a bowl and mix until smooth. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
- Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Serve with fries.
