Now Utah is well known for fry sauce. We even had a fry sauce pin when the 2002 Olympics where here. So, today, I am sharing a recipe for amazing fry sauce. It’s a little more than the run of the mill fry suce.
Fry sauce is a sauce used to dip fries in. Now, your basic fry sauce is made from a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. The sauce has a few extra ingrdeints that make it a little more amazing. My husband would say garlic makes every thing better and this sauce has garlic powder included it in. It also has little wochestershire sauce and pepper. This is just enough extra stuff to really elevate this version of fry sauce.
Next time, you have fries at home, try dipping them in this amazing fry sauce. It seriuosly just might surprise you.
Amazing Fry Sauce
- Total Time: 2 hours and 5 minutes
- Yield: 6 servings 1x
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Wochestershire sauce
- 1/4–1/2 tsp black pepper
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients all together. Start with the 1/4 tsp pepper and you could always add more.
- Place in the refrigerator for al least 2 hours before serving. Serve with hot fries. Serves 6.
