Peanut Butter Apple Dip

Today, I am sharing a way to enjoy those crisp fall apples while they are fresh. I love to dip apples in peanut butter but this peanut butter apple dip is even better. It is wonderfully creamy and sweet.
Only a few other ingredients are needed to take that nutty peanut butter to a whole other level for dipping those juicy apple slices in. It is a quick and easy snack that the kids will love. It is also nice as a side or dessert too.
You can always cut up your apples with a knife, but an apple slicer makes it quick and easy to get your apples into nice uniform slices. They even have an awesome thin slice apple slicer you can get.
Want to keep your apple slices from going brown? After slicing your apples, put them into a bowl full of cool water mixed with a teaspoon or so of salt. Next, submerge them in the water for 1-2 minutes. Then, drain them and store in a plastic zipper bag or air tight container. No brown apples! You can do this a day ahead and still have fresh looking apple slices the next day!
