Rich and creamy peanut butter, there’s nothing like it. I love the flavor and I love the texture. I also like it frequently paired with it’s loyal companion, chocolate. They were made to go together.

Well, today is Peanut Butter Lovers Day. A day that I could resist helping you celebrate. I have a super quick and easy peanut butter granola recipe for you to make to celebrate this glorious food holiday. You only need 4 ingredients and you probably have them at home right now.

If you’ve got an hour, you have time to be able to enjoy this delish peanut buttery goodness.  However, most of that time is spent baking in the oven to get it nice and crisp.

It is amazing to enjoy by it self, but I especially love it sprinkled over some vanilla granola along with come diced strawberries of mini chocolate chips.

I have also team up with the #celebratingfoodholidays bloggers to provide a lovely collection of even more peanut butter fabulousness. Check out the pictures and links below the granola recipe. I am sure you will be drooling all over your keyboard when you check them out.
