Today’s recipe is very similar to a recipe I posted before for Peachy Fruit Salad. Both of these salads start out with a can of peach pie filling as the base. They both came from an issue of Quick Cooking (now Simple and Delicious). The Peachy Fruit Salad includes marshmallows, mandarin oranges, pineapple, bananas, and grapes. this one is even easier with only 4 ingredients. Both are yummy and quick to whip together at the last minute. I always get compliments when ever I take this salad anywhere. I always get asked what the glaze is on the fruit. So delicious but so simple!
Quick Fruit Salad
1 can (21 ounces) peach pie filling
3 firm bananas, sliced
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 cup seedless grapes
In a large salad bowl, combine all the ingredient . Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Thats the same way I make mine Laura. I also add manderin oranges and pineapple. In the winter you can make this with frozen strawberries since fresh ones are out of season. Isnt it so yummy?
