Ham Bacon and Mushroom Hoagies
I love a good melty sandwich in the winter. Whether you grill it, toast it, or bake it, I just love it. These ham bacon and mushroom hoagies fit the bill.
I mean how can you loose with a sandwich that has bacon it in. I love to cook my bacon in the oven for less mess! Plus, it’s paired with deli sliced ham. Pick four favorite. I tend to like the black forest ham. Then you have some mushrooms that have been sauteed in some olive oil. I love me some mushrooms, especially if they are on a sandwich.
Of course there is cheese in there too. Each sandwich has 2 slices of melty provolone cheese. But, it doesn’t end there.
The last component of these hoagies is a spread. This spread includes a combination of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Last is the hoagie buns. Make sure to get a good one from the store. I used the Franz brand.
