Happy New Year! I hope you all had a fun and safe New Year’s Eve. I also hope you have enjoyed taking a look back. Today is the last of my “Best of 2013” series. I decided to add a Best Slow Cooker recipes category. I really focused on new slow cooker recipes this year, so there was a lot to pick from. If a slow cooker recipe was already chosen in another “Best of 2013” category, it wasn’t considered for this one.

Slow Cooker Pesto Ravioli –  I love that there is no need to boil the ravioli for this recipe! The pesto also adds more flavor. I love how easy this is to make.

Slow Cooker Creamy Tortellini Soup – This soup s tasty and easy. No need to boil the tortellini for this on either. You just add it to the slow cooker during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Easy Slow Cooker Beef and Gravy – This only takes 3 ingredients to make and can be served over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes!

Love all of these slow-cooker recipes. I love to find good recipes for dinner – that tortellini soup looks divine!
