I love to use my slow cooker. I think I may have used it more this year than ever. This week on RMK is slow cooker week. All recipes are one you prepare in slow cooker. I love how they make life easier. We are beginning the week with a 3 ingredient slow cooker beef and gravy recipe that you can serve over cooked noodles, rice, or even mashed potatoes.

I personally love to serve it over egg noodles with a dollop of sour cream. My family also loves it over homemade mashed potatoes. I even like to add a little fresh green onion on top for color and that added fresh flavor.

  4. Yeah for slowcooker recipes! I have been stuck in a rut and meal planning has been boring. I’m hoping to use my slowcooker more this winter. Thanks for the inspiration. This looks really good.
