Best Main Dish Recipes of 2010

by Laura

Main dishes is what we are talking today.  It was very hard for me to narrow down my main dish recipe to just 3 for the year.  So I decided to do 3 beef recipes, 3 chicken recipes, and 3 pork recipes.  Those are my main meat categories.

Best Beef Main Dish Recipes of 2010

# 1 is Quick and Easy Cheesesteak Subs

I am a big fan of cheese steak sandwiches.  This one is delicious and EASY!

#2 is Grilled Teriyaki Burgers with Pineapple

I love a good burger and this one was full of flavor.

# 3 is Ground Beef Stroganoff

This recipe was a big family pleaser and it is easy to put together.

Best Chicken Main Dishes of 2010

#1 is Chicken a la King

Whether you serve this over biscuit, toast points, puffed pastry shells this is delicious and is now a staple recipe!

# 2 is Chicken Salad Wraps with Strawberries

This yummy chicken salad version is a fun change.  It is made with poppyseed dressing and includes strawberries.

#3 is Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

These kabobs were delicious and full of flavor.

Best Pork Main Dish Recipes of 2010

#1 is Fall Off The Bone Baby Back Ribs

This is my go to recipe for ribs.  Finger lickin’ good!

#2 Citrus Pulled Pork Tacos

You get a small amount of heat from chipotle chili powder along with some sweetness from orange juice.  These tacos were unique and refreshing.

#3 is Grilled Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

These tacos were delicious.  Not heavy, just light and refreshing.  They are also only 343 calories a serving! Woo hoo!
