The best main dish recipes of 2010 is what we are talking today.  It was very hard for me to narrow down my main dish recipe to just 3 for the best main dish recipes of 2010.  So I decided to do 3 beef recipes, 3 chicken recipes, and 3 pork recipes.  Those are my main meat categories.

#1 is Chicken a la King

Whether you serve this over biscuit, toast points, puffed pastry shells this is delicious and is now a staple recipe!

# 2 is Chicken Salad Wraps with Strawberries

This yummy chicken salad version is a fun change.  You make with poppyseed dressing and includes strawberries.

 #3 is Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

These kabobs were delicious and full of flavor.

This is my go to recipe for ribs.  Finger lickin’ good!

 #2 Citrus Pulled Pork Tacos

You get a small amount of heat from chipotle chili powder along with some sweetness from orange juice.  These tacos were unique and refreshing.

 #3 is Grilled Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

These tacos were delicious.  Not heavy, just light and refreshing.  They are also only 343 calories a serving! Woo hoo!
