Best Desserts of 2020

Happy New Years Eve! We are getting to the end of our countdown. We move on to the best desserts of 2020 today. They all involve chocolate.

My mom’s frozen mud pie is the first dessert to make my best desserts of 2020. It all begins with a oreo cookie crust. Next you add a layer of vanilla ice cream, homemade chocolate sauce, and whipped topping.

Next is one of my favorite cupcake recipes. These red velvet cupcakes are made with a mix. However, a chocolate pudding mix is added in there to make the cake even more delicious. Next is the frosting. This is what really makes these cupcakes. It includes cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and whipped topping. The finishing touch is some white chocolate shavings.

Now we move on to an extrodinary cookie. This is a copy cat version of the Levain Bakery chocolate chip cookie. This is a famous New York bakery. These cookies are BIG cookies. You make each cookie using 6 oz of cookie dough. Once you cookthem , the cookies are about 4 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. One cookie is more than enough for one person.

Lastly, is these decadent nutella cheesecake brownies. The base is a simple from scratch brownie that you bake and then cool. You then top of the brownie with a no bake nutella cheesecake layer. A drizzle of extra nutella on top is the finishing touch.
