Now we have the best sides of 2020. We have a vegetable, a dip, a dressing, and a salad. It’s a nice collection.
The first recipe is the one way I love to eat sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving. Only 5 ingredients are needed for this sweet potato gratin. There is goat cheese and parmesan cheese in there along with cream and thyme. It is an amazing savory sweet potato dish.
Next, is a creamy pineapple fruit dip. I served it as our summer getaway to the islands that I held for my family in my backyard. It was a great addition to the luau. It was a delicious accompaniment to all the fruit.
Third is an easy Asian salad dressing. I used it to recreate Applebee’s oriental chicken salad. However, this dressing doesn’t have to be used for a main dish salad. You can made a great side salad with out chicken.
The last of the best sides of 2020, is another item that I served at my luau. I have made a Hawaiian macaroni salad before, but it wan’t exactly what I was wanting. This easy Hawaiian macaroni salad was extactly what I expect in this salad. It was perfect.
