I decided to start off with a really easy recipe. This is a no brainer recipe and easy to whip together. It’s one my family loves too. Velveeta Chili Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb. 16 oz. Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 can 15 oz. chili with or without beans (I did with beans)
Instructions
- Mix Velveeta and chili in a microwave save bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes (stirring after 3 minutes)of until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Serve hot with tortilla chips, Ritz toasted chips or assorted cut up vegetables.
