Well, now that spring is here along with the wonderful fresh fruit, it was time to pull this recipe out and give it a try. This thick dip was delicious. I especially liked it with strawberries. This is simple, quick to put together, and had that delicious tropical flair. Whip some up today and start dippin. It’s shockingly simple!
- SOUR CREAM
- INSTANT FRENCH VANILLA PUDDING MIX
- CANNED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/3 cup coconut
- Blend sour cream, milk and pudding together until smooth. Fold in pineapple and coconut. Refrigerate a couple hours or overnight. Cut up fresh fruit & serve.
