This Tropical Fruit Dip recipe is one that I’ve been holding on to since November. I saw it on Priscilla Bakes, which happens to be one of my favorite sites to visit. This is a very talented girl.

Well, now that spring is here along with the wonderful fresh fruit, it was time to pull this tropical fruit dip recipe out and give it a try. This thick dip was so delicious. I especially liked it with fresh strawberries. Bananas and pineapple are also super tasty! If you want to get exotic, try it with papaya or mangos. This is simple, quick to put together, and had that delicious tropical flair.

In a bowl, blend some sour cream, milk, and instant dry vanilla pudding mix together. Then you fold in an undrained can of crushed pineapple along with some shredded coconut. Now, it does need at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator to set and get cold, but that’s it. Once it’s time to enjoy, this dip will take you on a tropical journey with whatever fruit you dip in it. Whip some up today and start dippin’. This recipe is shockingly simple!
