Sour Cream Waffles

by Laura

Waffles are one of my favorite breakfast items but they are also perfect for dinner. I love the versatility of waffles. There is so many ways you can top them. I tend to prefer to top them with berries in some form along with whipped cream. These sour cream waffles are particularly tasty because they are made using both sour cream and buttermilk.

I have made recipes that use sour cream or buttermilk but never both. These would be prefect to make as a surprise Valentine’s Day breakfast. I have another great waffle recipe to add to my collection now.
