Soup Fab Five

Soup week finishes today with a look into my archives for a Soup Fab Five.  It was hard to pick just five, but I think I have a good variety.  You can always peruse my soup category for even more yummy recipes.

First is my most requested soup recipe from my family – creamy chicken noodle.  Chicken noodle soup is great but the creamy version is even more tasty and comforting.  For those of you who have my cookbook, the recipe is there too on page 55!

Next up is a bbq chili with corn.  Now I have a regular old chili recipe that I love, but I picked this one because it is a fun change with the bbq flavor, plus this one is really quick to throw together!

Another family fav is clam chowder – and my family isn’t even seafood fans, but they LOVE this soup.  This recipe is also in my cookbook if ya have it – page 58!

Now if you do want to go for a regular chicken noodle soup recipe with broth, the next best thing is turkey noodle soup!  I love the flavor you get from turkey.  I love this day after thanksgiving turkey noodle soup!  Now don’t worry if you don’t have a turkey, you can also do the same thing using a chicken.  It is a good way to take advantage of the leftover carcass from a rotisserie chicken.

Last is a recipe that happens to be the most searched and asked for on my site – chicken enchilada soup!  The other thing I love about this recipe is that it is all made in a crock pot!
