To finish off S’mores week I have put together a s’mores round up of all the recipes I have shared in the past involving S’mores. I must say I love them all!
S’mores Fudge – This recipe is one that I adapted from by my favorite Rocky Road Fudge and made a s’mores version. My hubby really loves this one.

S’mores Ice Cream – This chocolate based ice cream is mixed with some chocolate covered graham crackers and marshmallow fluff to achieve that s’mores flavor.
S‘mores Bars – These s’more bars will put you in s’mores heaven. You get that yummy melted chocolate and gooey marshmallow and surround it with this crisp yet chewy graham cookie/brownie kind of layer surrounding it.
Easy S’mores Cookies – These easy s’mores cookies are done using ready made cookie dough. However, if you want to make your cookies from scratch. They are topped with part of a marshmallow and a square of chocolate.
Easy S’mores Bars – Now these babies are easy to make thanks to a sugar cookie mix. We are only talking 5 ingredients to make them. They are best to eat when the chocolate is still melty. This is great because if you make them ahead of time and take them to an outdoor barbecue. The heat isn’t a problem because you want the chocolate on these to be melty.
No Bake S’more Bars – These bars showcase that great classic combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow. So the gist of this recipe is basically graham crackers and marshmallows covered with ganache.
Grilled S’mores Cakes – These Grilled S’mores Cakes all begin with a shortcake cup. If you can find the chocolate version of the shortcake, I prefer to use those.
S’mores Brownies – The brownie begins with a layer of graham crackers at the base. Then once you fully cook the brownies, they top get a sprinkling of marshmallows and chocolate chips. It all then goes back in the oven to get those marshmallows nice and puffy.
S’mores Topped Brownies – You are basically just putting stuff on top of the brownie. This includes marshmallow crème, chunks of chocolate, and chunks of graham crackers.
Night Owl S’mores Treat – This pairs golden graham cereal with mini marshmallows. Then they get a coating of a gooey chocolate covering made from corn syrup, butter, milk chocolate chips, and vanilla.
Indoor S’mores – This is basically about the same as making a recipe of rice krispie treats. You add some golden graham cereal into a large bowl. Then in a microwave safe bowl, you’ll add some marshmallows, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and butter. You melt that together in the microwave and then mix in some vanilla.
S’mores Treat – This is also a version of a rice krispie treat. So I decided to use golden grahams in place of the krispies. Then I mixed in some whole marshmallows and chopped up milk chocolate bars.
