It only takes 2 pounds of pork roast covered in salsa verde. Then it cooks in the slow cooker for 6 hours. That’s it! That’s all you need. It produces a moist and flavor meat.
- 2 lb pork roast
- 1 jar salsa verde, divided
- Place pork roast in the slow cooker and cover it with half of the jar of salsa.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shed pork and mix in the remaining salsa and serve. Serves 5-6.
