Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Pork

Two ingredients! Yep, just two simple ingredients! You can have an amazing slow cooker salsa verde pork perfect for tacos, nachos, enchiladas, etc. All you need is two ingredients to place inside you slow cooker and cook all day.
It only takes 2 pounds of pork roast covered in 1/2 of a jar salsa verde. Then, it cooks in the slow cooker for 6 hours. That’s it! That’s all you need. It produces a moist and flavor meat. Once it’s finished it’s time to shred the meat. The last thing you do is mix in the remaining 1/2 jar of salsa with the shredded meat.
I served this up for tacos. I used corn shells along with shredded lettuce, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. This would also be excellent to sprinkle over nachos. The pork would also make wonderful enchiladas or quesadillas. You could even place it on top of a salad. You really can’t loose with any way you choose to serve this up. It’s will surprise you at how something so easy can taste so delicious.
