You are gonna jump for these Cilantro Lime Pork Tacos. I must say, I do have quite a few recipes for tacos. You would think I had just about every good taco recipe that there is. Now, I have another new taco recipe for you and it is amazing. It is my new favorite recipe for tacos. It’s made with a pork roast. Plus, it only takes 5 ingredients to make this super flavorful and tacos. You will also need some salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice, and fresh cilantro. Another bonus, it’s all made in the slow cooker. You just add all of those ingredients to the slow cooker and let it cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Once it’s finished, just shred the meat and mix in the fresh cilantro. Put it in tortillas with your favorite toppings. Make this recipe! I’m telling ya you are going to love it!

- ROAST PORK SHOULDER
- TACO SEASONING
- SALSA
- LIMES
- FRESH CILANTRO
Cilantro Lime Pork Tacos
Description
- 3 lbs roast pork shoulder
- 2 oz taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 juiced limes
- 1/3 cup fresh diced cilantro
Ingredients
- Add the pork roast to the slow cooker. Sprinkle seasoning over the pork, then pork salsa over the roast followed by the lime juice. Cover and cook on low for 7-8.
- Shred the pork and mix in the slow cooker with the cilantro. Serve in tortillas with desired taco toppings.
