Today, I am going to share with you the simple thanksgiving table decor that I used last year for my thanksgiving.
Last year, Thanksgiving was at my house and I meant to take pictures of what I did so I could share it all with you this year. However, in all the craziness, I forgot about doing it until it was all over.
So, I have recreated the mini cornucopias I made and will share what I used to create my simple thanksgiving table decor. I wanted it to be simple but elegant.
What I used for my tables
I had 2 tables to decorate so as to have enough seats for my guests.
Table Cloths – I bought 2 of these simple table cloths from amazon in a beige color.
Fall Leaf Garland – I had some fall leaf garland similar to the link that I have provided to go down the center of the table.
Pumpkins – I also placed some mini pumpkins along the fall garland on the table.
Dinnerware – I use all white dishes with a white disposable dinner napkins folded using this technique to hold the silverware. Then I placed it on the center of each plate. I printed these off to use as my placemat and place a #2 pencil at the top of each plate. The yellow color of the pencil went well the the color scheme. It worked great as an activity as we waited to get dinner to start. I also used these free printable placecards.
Flowers – I also purchase 6 small glass vases from the dollar store. I divided a fall bouquet of flowers from Costco between the vases and place 3 on each table.
Then I also scattered these mini cornucopia snacks around the table as part of the decor but the also worked as a great little snack for people to munch on. I loved the look and the tasty yummy too!
