Spring and lemon go hand in hand. I have done a lemon week the past few years here at RMK because I love lemon so much. Usually I have a stack of recipes I am waiting to try including this simple lemon fruit dip. So It is lemon week again here at RMK. I also thought it would work well to share these recipe right before Mother’s Day because they would work well to include in your menu.
First up is a simple lemon fruit dip. Lemon works well with fresh fruit. It helps and to the flavor and brings out the freshness of the fruit. This dip also works well as a filling for crepes. It is what I used the the vanilla crepe recipe I shared last week!
