The Best Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

by Laura

Who doesn’t love Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread? This is the recipe that I have been making for 14 years now.

This recipe comes from my mother in law. I love the combination of spices that are in this bread. It also calls for oil, which I like because I use canola oil in it. If you don’t have a pumpkin bread recipe, give this one a try.

I pretty much ate this for breakfast every day for a week! I made a loaf for our family, a loaf for a friend and shared the recipe with another friend. You can't have fall without pumpkin bread and this is a great recipe. I prefer it with Chocolate Chips.

A question from the newbie here – How many ounces is a large can of pumpkin? I only know of the 15 ounce size, but I think that’s a more normal sized can. Thanks!
