Oven Roasted Broccoli

I have heard of oven roasted broccoli but have never given it a try.  However, I finally got around to making a recipe from Aggie’s Kitchen.  I changed the recipe below slightly from the original to the way I liked it.  It is simple, easy, tasty, and a yummy change from steamed broccoli.

Here is what you need to make the

Oven Roasted Broccoli

  • BROCCOLI
  • OLIVE OIL
  • SEA SALT OR KOSHER SALT
  • FRESH GROUND PEPPER
  • GARLIC

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head broccoli cut in florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt or kosher salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • Toss broccoli florets with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Roast in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until slightly crisped and browned.
