I have Bean inspired. I recently was able to take off to a fun resort in Montana with Bush’s Beans and the Members of Team Bean – Sandy, Amy, Cheryl, Aggie, and Katie.  My girl Tina was unable to make it but was greatly missed!

We spent a few days at Paws Up Resort.  What a beautiful and fun place to be!  It is a luxurious place to enjoy the outdoors.  The food at the resort was amazing!  We had several meals at  Tank & Trough.  My favorite thing I had there was their tomato soup for lunch!  Amazing!

Our evening meals took place at Pomp.  They have a fabulous striploin but my favorite dish from there was a salad that had shrimp on it.  It was breaded with fillo that was like angel hair pasta.  I will be dreaming about that for a while!  It was unreal!  We even roasted marshmallows and had s’mores for dessert our last night there.

We also spent time cooking with Jeffrey Saad and Connie Gutterson.  They are both so fun to cook with and truly inspire me each time I have the opportunity to work with them.

I had so much fun cooking and learning.  I have BEAN inspired and will soon be sharing the fabulous recipes from my trip.  Heck, I even got a little dirty and went riding ATV’s through the mud!

Now, I want one of you to get some inspiration too just like I did in Montana.

Bush’s has supplied a great prize for one lucky reader.  It even includes an apron just like the one I got from the trip.

Prize includes: Staub Grill Pan •  Apron • Silpat • Bean Strainer • Recipes made at the event
Various spices to the make recipes • Coupons for free cans of Bush’s Beans

To enter, leave me a comment telling me your favorite bean dish.  You have until Sunday Oct. 30 at 10 pm (MST) to enter.
