So, I have heard that there is a shortage of pumpkin this year. If you love to make pumpkin recipes as much as I do, then you probably should grab a few cans to make sure you can get your pumpkin fix this year.

To start off the week, I have a coffee cake for you. This cake is so moist and tender. Then, you have a nice crunch from the pecans. The top gets a nice warm cinnamony streusel layer, but it doesn’t stop there.

Sure this coffee cake would be great if you just finished with the streusel, but it goes beyond that. It includes a maple glaze. The addition of this sweet maple flavored glaze is what makes this cake spectacular.

Give this pumpkin recipe a try. I guarantee it will be on your list each year to make!
