There was some tasty things shared this year. I hope you enjoy seeing what I thought was the best. There will also be one post determined by what you all liked best! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Today’s Loaded Baked Potato Dip takes the ever popular loaded baked potato and turns it into a dip to serve with potato chips. You can cook your own bacon, but I actually prefer the real bacon bits from the store. They just work better in the dip.
- 2 cups light sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 diced green onion
- 2/3 cup real bacon bits
- ridged potato chips
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, cheese, green onion, and bacon bits. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve with potato chips. Makes 3 cups.
