Healthy Big Mac Salad
I must admit, I do love a Big Mac from good old Mickey D’s. However, they aren’t the healthiest choice. It’s ok if you want to get one on occasion. However, it’s not something you should eat on a regular basis. On my WW personal points it would be 19 points! That would take almost all my points for the day! Well, this healthy Big Mac salad gives you the flavor of a Big Mac but only comes in at 9 WW Personal Points.
You cook your 95% lean ground beef with some onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. You also need to make a special sauce dressing. This is made with light mayonnaise, dill relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and vinegar. It tastes just like the original special sauce! My family said this salad tastes just like a Big Mac.
Then the other components for this healthy Big Mac salad that you will need is chopped lettuce, low fat shredded cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices. Then it’s time to assemble the salad. Start with using the lettuce as a nice bed for all the other ingredients. I put the beef all together on about 1/3 of the lettuce. The add some sprinkled cheese in one pile and I fan the pickles on the lettuce.
