In a skillet, add the ground beef, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper to a pan. Cook the beef until brown. Drain off any grease.
In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and white vinegar.
Assemble each salad by using 1 cup of chopped lettuce then top with 1/4 of the ground beef mixture, 1 Tbsp of the shredded cheese, 4 pickle slices, and drizzle with 2 Tbsp of the dressing.
