Bacon makes everything better, right? Well, did you know that it’s possible to make bacon better? That’s exactly what today’s recipe brown sugar glazed bacon is for.
All you need is a little brown sugar to make bacon even more amazing. It is seriously almost like candy. That crisp salty bacon gets encased in a glossy sweet sugary glaze! It’s spectacular, you must give it a try!
- 1 lb thick sliced bacon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place the bacon in a single layer on the lined pan. You may need to use more than one pan.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bacon.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until crisp and glazed. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then serve.
