School is now in full swing and it can be challenging to make time for breakfast in the morning before everyone leaves for their day. The month of September is “Better Breakfast Month”, a great reminder to stay focused on healthy breakfast eating habits.

This means your body is burning fewer calories if you don’t have breakfast. Then if you do skip breakfast, you tend to eat more later in the day and are usually unhealthy and high calories choices. If your body had breakfast, you can wait to eat lunch with fuel to spare.
Here are some ideas to help you start your day off right:
Quick Breakfast Burrito – These burritos are prepared in the microwave for a quick grab and go breakfast. CHI-CHI’s thick and chunky mild salsa is a great addition.
