I have a Bertolli giveaway for you today. I am excited to help announce the arrival of the brand new member of the Bertolli family – Bertolli Classic Risottos.

Bertolli continues to bring authentic Italian dining to your home with fresh-tasting, premium ingredients. The new risottos are available in two rich flavors – Roasted Chicken & Mushroom and Garlic Shrimp. The new risottos are made with Italian rice, parmesan cheese, crisp vegetables and high-quality proteins.

What to hear the best part? You need no fancy kitchen tools are to prepare this delicious dish because Bertolli takes the guesswork and labor out of preparing risotto from scratch! No more waiting at the stove, constantly stirring, and timing it just right. As any seasoned cook knows, risotto is perfect the second it’s done and the new Bertolli Classic Risottos are stored at the peak of this perfection.

To add to this exciting news, Bertolli also is happy to share two new Bertolli Meal Soup flavors – Italian-Style Wedding and Ricotta & Lobster Ravioli in a Seafood Bisque. Adding to the four flavors released last year, these new soups are hearty and fresh-tasting with high-quality proteins, crisp vegetables and al dente pasta.

You can find all of these products in the frozen meal section of you local grocery store. I have been sampling the new items and really enjoying them. Since the meals are for 2, they have been the perfect lunch item for me. I can have a delicious lunch with leftovers for the next day.

Oh—My Aunt Gloria used to make Italian Wedding Soup and it was so-good! I would love to try this new product and make it the Bertolli way!! Can’t wait to buy it!
