Stay warm the rest of the winter with the best soups of 2023. Comforting and bursting with flavor, these easy soup recipes will make your kitchen the coziest spot in the house. The best soup recipes happen to all be chicken soups.
The first recipe for the best soups of 2023 is this classic quick chicken noodle soup. This is simple enough you can even make it when you are sick. I actually made it for this year on a day I was sick. It was just what I needed. The simplicity of this recipe is it’s strength and it definitely satisfies.

You can enjoy the goodness of this homemade chicken noodle soup without spending hours in the kitchen. I used shell noodles. This quick chicken noodle soup only takes about 40 minutes to make. This is now one of my go-to comfort recipes.

Next up is an Easy Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup. This soup is thicken with actual corn tortillas. So it has a broth base but is thicker because of the corn tortillas. There is plenty of veggies in there too.

My family loves that you can serve it with all kinds of toppings. I am partial to bowls of this with some chips, sour cream, cheese, and cilantro. The Instant Pot also makes it possible to enjoy this soup in about 1 hour.
My third pick is a Speedy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Soup.
Basically you mix everything together in a pot and give it just 10 minutes to simmer together. Then this soup is ready to enjoy. It includes tender cooked chicken, hearty white beans, sweet corn, rich cream cheese, creamy green enchilada sauce, zesty canned green chiles, and a savory medley of spices.

It’s a fusion of the beloved flavors of enchiladas in a deliciously comforting soup form. Pair this with a side of cornbread for a culinary match made in heaven.
Last is a recipe for a copy cat version of Panera’s chicken and wild rice soup. I do have several chicken and wild rice soup recipes on my website. That’s because it happens to be a favorite of mine. I love the combination of wild rice, chicken, and vegetables in a soup. This Panera version is definitely a hearty soup. It is loaded with plenty of ingredients in comparison with the thick base of the soup.

I also love that you make this in the Instant Pot. Another thing I love is that the chicken is uncooked when you make it. You really can make this delicious soup in no time. However, in the recipe I have included alternate cooking instructions if you want to use a slow cooker and just cook it on the stove top.
