Today, I have an easy vermicelli pasta salad for you. Bottled salad dressing helps this come together in a jiffy! It all starts by cooking up a 16 oz package of vermicelli pasta. I love vermicelli because it cooks in minutes. This salad is a great option when you need to bring a salad to a pot luck. Or it makes a great summer side dish to what ever you may be cooking on the grill.
Once that pasta has been cooked and cooled them mix in a bottle of creamy Italian dressing. I love the creamy aspect here. Then mix in some diced red and green peppers, green onions, dill seed, caraway seeds, and poppy seeds.
I do think next time I’ll probably use a red pepper along with an orange or yellow pepper to give this salad a little more color. You already have some green in there with that green onion. The last thing is to give it some time to chill in the refrigerator. You are done. Easy peasy people! What more can I say about this simple but tasty vermicelli pasta salad?
