You don’t need a lot of ingredients for this. You just need 5 ingredients plus ice. This recipe uses fresh fruit, but you can use frozen in there is you want to. If you do opt for frozen fruit, depending on how much of it you use, you can reduce or completely elimininate the ice in the recipe. You may also need to increase the amount of juice you use.

You will need some pineapple. Fresh or canned will work. Like a said you can even opt for frozen. You also need strawberries and a banana. We are also going to add in some vanilla greek yogurt to give this smoothie some creaminess.

This tropical strawberry smoothie also calls for some ice. This helps keep the drink cold and adds thickness too. Last, you will need some pinapple juice. The juice makes it possible for everything to be able to blend together in the blender.
