Super Bowl Fab Five

Super Bowl week would not be complete without a Super Bowl Fab Five.  To begin, I have a group of posts that I put together.  I did several posts last year listing sandwiches, appetizers, and Mexican dishes that were all Super Bowl worthy.  Check out all three recipe rounds ups for plenty of ideas.

Next up is my prize winning Quick Chicken Enchilada Nachos.  I was invited to participate in a recipe contest for Campbells Kitchen using Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken. They were selected as the winner of the Swanson’s Super Bowl Challenge last year.

I loved this Jalepeno Popper Dip – all the flavor with out all the work. You have the jalapeños along with cream cheese and bacon. But then add in more cheese and some panko bread crumbs for crunch.

This cool creamy corn dip is another fav. To simplify the recipe I used mexi corn. However, if you want to use regular canned corn then just add some fresh diced pepper to it.

Last is these Charleston Cheese Dip – I mean can you loose with hot cheese and bacon? I mean I don’t know very many men who would complain if you served them anything with cheese and bacon. I hope you have enjoyed this Super Bowl Fab Five.
