This slow cooker beef enchilada chili is the last of the soup posts I have for you for this week. There is still time to enjoy #nationalsoupmonth before the month is over.
I have a chili recipe for you today that incorporates the flavors of beef enchiladas. It would be perfect to serve at your Super Bowl party. This chili is man pleasing and filling. I love it topped with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream, the same way I enjoy regular beef enchiladas.
I also have 23 other soup recipes below, in case you are in the mood for something else. Some from the #celebratingfoodholidays blogger that I team up with every month and some from my archives. This is an awesome collection of soups! I am sure you can find a few to give a try.
