The last salad I have for you is one that is fruit coated with a sweet poppy seed dressing.  Think of all the salads you have that include a poppy seed dressing and what fruits they include in them.  This dressing works well on this fruit salad or can easily be used in a green salad with fruit too.

Most poppy seed dressings include some creamy ingredient like mayonnaise, but that isn’t the case with this one.  However, you don’t miss it at all.

  • 1/2 cup canola oil

I love this recipe! I would like to submit a request, if I could! I would love to have a variety recipes on green salads. With a variety of greens, vegetables, cheeses and vinagerates even green leafy salads mixed with fruit. I am on a search for this, and haven’t found a website that caters to them, yet. Thought it would be a great idea, as summer and spring and gardening are here!
