Nutella Banana Bread

I must say I am always up to try a new Ā banana bread, cake, muffin etc. recipe. Ā I always keep bananas on hand because it is one thing I know my kids will eat. Ā However, once they start to get brown the kids won’t touch them. So, I am always throwing them in a smoothie or whipping up some bread. Ā I discovered this recipe for Nutella Banana Bread years ago from Kirbie’s Cravings when it was World Nutella Day. Ā You all know how I love nutella, so I had to give it a try. Ā I did make a few changes.

This nutella banana bread was delicious. Ā Banana bread is usually pretty moist on it’s own. Ā However, this one even has sour cream to make it even better. Ā the nutella was a nice addition. Ā It wasn’t over powering. Ā It gave the bread a different taste. Ā Also, it gave the bread a richness. Ā I LOVED IT! Ā My husband even loved it and he’s not a huge nutella fan. Ā It definitely is a nice twist on the traditional banana bread. Ā I now have another great recipe to add to my collection for when I need to use up those bananas.

  3. I thought it would have more Nutella in it but this looks like a good ratio. This looks like a good one to try. I’m also a major fan of Nutella but made the mistake of introducing it to the grandkids, They love it too.
