Brunch or breakfast always needs some kind of drink whether it be milk or juice. Change things up by serving these simple fruity non-alcoholic mimosas.
A regular mimosa is made with champagne and citrus juice, usually orange juice. I’m don’t drink alcohol so this is the perfect option for me. It’s also something that everyone can enjoy, even the kids. You can make them look like the real deal by serving them in champagne flutes.

You make this non-alcoholic version with 2 ingredients too – orange juice and Fresca. However, you could have a variety of juices available for a get together. You could include juices like grapefruit and cranberry too. Then you will have a fun a non-alcoholic mimosa bar! I think it is the perfect drink for this time of year.
Make it look fancy too with a simple garnish of fruit. Use wedges of orange for this version. If you make it a mimosa bar use grapefruit wedges for the grapefruit version. I think lime wedges would be great to go with the cranberry version.
