Brunch or breakfast always needs some kind of drink whether it be milk or juice. Change things up by serving these simple non-alcoholic mimosas.
A regular mimosa is made with champagne and citrus juice, usually orange juice. I made these with 2 ingredients – orange juice and Fresca. However, you could have a variety of juices like grapefruit and cranberry too and have a non-alcoholic mimosa bar! I think it is the perfect drink for this time of year.
