This Thursday is Thanksgiving and then it’s time to get shopping for Christmas. I wanted to share some of my favorite things 2017 with all of you for ideas for gifts and stocking stuffers. Last years list is still good items for this year, so be sure to look at that one too.

Cocoon Midi Dress with Pockets ($25) – This is a great dress that I picked up from Amazon. It’s comfy and looks fabulous on any body type. It comes in an array of colors. I have it in this burgundy and the hunter green (which is more like a deep teal color). It also looks go with a duster sweater.
Greenpan Skillets ($40) – These are the most amazing frying pans. They are non-stick ceramic coated and oven safe. It cooks evenly and is so simple to clean up. I got mine at Costco in a 2 pack. These are the best pans ever!
Core Silicone Utensils ($25) – These are my favorite cooking utensils. They come in different colors so you can coordinate with your kitchen colors. They hold up well, are easy to clean, and I like that many of them are al silicone. I got a set just like this from Costco a while back, but I have also purchased them individually at Smith’s Marketplace.
Poldark Masterpiece Series – This is a series I started watching after the completion of the Downton Abbey series. It’s another great storyline and takes place after the American Revolutionary War in Cornwall, England. The third season just finished and it was a doozie! I am sure any Downton Abbey fan will love this series!
Ms. Meyer’s Cleaning products – I love these products. They clean great and are all natural. I especially love the seasonal scented products like Iowa pine, Peppermint, and Apple Cider. Last year I signed up for Grove Collaborative to have these cleaning products sent directly to my house for free and they are priced less than I can get them in the stores. Click on the Grove Collaborative link and get $10 to try out their products for yourself.
Biore Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser ($6) – This is a great everyday facial cleaner. It draws out 2x as many impurities and dirt as a regular cleanser, but is gentle enough you can use it every day. My two boys also use the acne version and swear by it to keep their faces acne free. They just keep it in the shower.
Aveeno 60 Second In-Shower Facial ($6) – get a great facial at home and in just 60 seconds. I use this 1-2 times a week and my face feels amazing after using it. Plus it smells great.
Dove Go Fresh Deodorant Spray ($5.50) – This is a deodorant and antiperspirant spray. It goes on dry and has added moisturizers and helps your under arms recover from shaving. They are available in many great scents. Since this is a spray I do use it on other areas that may get sweaty. It’s awesome!
The Noel Dairy by Richard Paul Evans ($14) – Richard Paul Evans is my favorite author and this is his latest book. This story is one that is the most autobiographical story he has every written. Many events in the book have come straight from his personal life. His books are always wonderful and are a quick read. This is the first book in a collection of 3 books. He is also the author of The Mistletoe Promise which was made into a Hallmark movie that aired last Christmas. The move was good but the book is better in my opinion. He has another book made into a movie again this year from Hallmark called The Mistletoe Inn. That book was also an amazing book.
Scunci No Slip Claw Clip ($4) – Back in the day I used claw clips like this in my hair but they would never stay in place. Often I would end up using a hair elastic instead and then put the clip over the elastic. Well these clips have a grippy elastic in the clip itself. These stay in place and give you that loose pulled back look.
Scunci Twisters ($4) AKA Scrunchies – I use these in my hair when I curl my hair with my curling wand. I can put my curly locks up in one of these at bed and it helps me maintain my curls for second day hair. A must for anyone who curls their hair.
