Mouthwatering Meatloaf Burgers

Today, I am sharing these mouthwatering meatloaf burgers. These patties are moist and packed with flavor. I cooked the patties in the air fryer, but you can cook them in a skillet if you prefer.
These patties get packed with flavor from the cracker crumbs, onion, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. There is also some egg added in there as a binder just like with most meatloaf recipes.
As you know, meatloaf tends to be very tender, so these patties won’t work to cook on a grill. That is what I put them in the air fryer to cook. They work perfectly. However, if you don’t have a air fryer a regular skillet will work just fine.
As far as toppings go for these juicy mouthwatering meatloaf burgers, anything you usually like on your burger is great. I like cheese, lettuce, grilled onion, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, and ketchup. I also like a toasted bun!
