Here is the recipes for menu plan Monday – Week 34.

  • Jerk Pork with Pineapple Salsa – This spicy slow cooked jerk pork is complimented perfectly with this fresh sweet pineapple salsa. The spice level was a bit much for my family so I have left you some room in the recipe to play with the level you like.
  • Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwiches – Italian sausage placed on a bun, with some provolone cheese followed by some flavorful peppers and onions, YUM!  What more can I say, this was simple, filling, and flavorful!  
  • Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs – These are full of flavor.  I never would have thought to use ranch dressing in the marinade.  It made the marinade nice and thick.  It kept the chicken nice and coated with the marinade when I put the pieces of chicken on the kabobs.
  • Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese – The slow cooker mac and cheese turns out different than your regular stove top version.  Instead of it having a creaming coating of cheese, you get noodles surrounded by pockets of cheesy goodness.  It was delish and a breeze to just toss in the slow cooker.  You can always bake this in the oven if you would prefer but it sure is nice to let it cook for 3 hours in the slow cooker.
  • Szechuan Beef and Noodles – This Szechuan Noodles and Beef recipe will be a new and tasty way to change up your usual ways of using ground beef for dinner. Another bonus is it is ready in about 30 minutes!
