I’m Going to the Campbell Kitchen in NJ!

I just found out yesterday that I am one of three finalists invited to the Campbell Kitchen in Camden, NJ to prepare my recipes for a panel of judges. I can’t believe I’m going to the Campbell Kitchen in NJ! The winner will be featured on www.campbellskitchen.com and given the title “Ultimate Swanson Football Champion 2011″.  I recently posted the recipe I entered, along with another recipe that I created for the contest.  I entered my Chicken Enchilada Nacho recipe.  The other recipe I created was the Chipotle BBQ Chicken Sliders.

I am so excited.  So I will be going head-to-head against 2 other bloggers on January 19 in the Campbell’s Kitchen.  One of them I know well.  It is Deborah from Taste and Tell.  She also lives in Utah, and I had the chance to spend time with her at Baking with Betty and the Harmon’s Back of the Store Tour.  So Deborah entered a recipe for Chicken, Bacon, and Cream Cheese Mini Taquitos.  I will be excited to spend time with her again.  The other finalist is Cathy from Hazzard in the Kitchen, who submitted are recipe for End Zone Empanadas.  I am also excited to get to meet her.
