It not quite time to put the grill away yet. We still have at least a month more that we can get by with using it here in Utah. I love this simple honey mustard grilled chicken recipe.
You only need 4 ingredients and you end up with the most moist chicken ever. I will share the potato recipe that I served up with this next week. They are also cooked on the grill.
My family all thought I was weird when I was making this for dinner, that was until they tried it. They all raved about how wonderful the chicken was!
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, and mustard until well combine. Take 1/2 cup of the mixture and place in the fridge until serving time.
- Brush both sides of the chicken breast with the remaining mixture. top with salt and pepper.
- Oil your grill and grill chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until fully cooked to 165 degrees. Remove 1/2 cup of sauce from the fridge and serve with chicken. Serves 4.
