In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, and mustard until well combine. Take 1/2 cup of the mixture and place in the fridge until serving time.
Brush both sides of the chicken breast with the remaining mixture. top with salt and pepper.
Oil your grill and grill chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until fully cooked to 165 degrees. Remove 1/2 cup of sauce from the fridge and serve with chicken. Serves 4.
