I am a huge fan of eggs. I could seriously eat them every day. These ham and egg breakfast wraps are a twist on the traditional ham and egg breakfast sandwich and just another great way to enjoy those delicious eggs. You can enjoy these for breakfast, lunch or for dinner.

When ever you decide to enjoy these wraps, they are ready to eat in about 15 minutes. Plus, they only take 5 ingredients. You will need 6 eggs along with a little milk. You want to whisk them together along with a little salt and pepper. The eggs get scrambled in a skillet until cooked.

Next, you are going to mix some shredded cheddar cheese along with some diced ham into the eggs. You can always swap out the ham for cooked bacon or sausage if preferred. I just try to use what I have on hand. After that, all you need to do is divide the egg mixture between 4 flour tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and enjoy these breakfast wraps! You can always add a little salsa in there too!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup diced ham
  • 4 8 inch flour tortillas, warmed

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook to scramble. Add in the cheese and ham. Stir to combine.
  • Divide egg mixture evenly between the 4 warmed tortillas. Roll up and serve. Makes 4 wraps.
