I am a huge fan of eggs. I could seriously eat them every day. These ham and egg breakfast wraps are just another great way to enjoy those delicious eggs. You can enjoy these for breakfast, lunch or for dinner.
When ever you decide to enjoy these wraps, they are ready to eat in about 15 minutes. Plus, they only take 5 ingredients. You will need 6 eggs along with a little milk. You want to whisk them together along with a little salt and pepper. The eggs get scrambled in a skillet until cooked.
Next, you are going to mix some shredded cheddar cheese along with some diced ham into the eggs. You can always swap out the ham for cooked bacon or sausage if preferred. I just try to use what I have on hand. After that, all you need to do is divide the egg mixture between 4 flour tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and enjoy these breakfast wraps! You can always add a little salsa in there too!
