Frosted Lemonade – Chick-fil-A Copy Cat

When Chick-fil-A came out with their frosted lemonade a while ago, I knew I HAD to try it. I love their lemonade, so frosted had to be even better. When I did try it, I fell in love! It’s creamy dreamy goodness! I decided I needed an at home copy cat version of Chick-fil-a Frosted Lemonade.

Now, I always get mine made with their diet lemonade. So to get that reduced calorie version at home, I use a light lemonade. I have found that with the light lemonade I use, it doesn’t have enough of a tart lemony flavor. Chick-fil-A’s lemonade is super tart. So to get the lemon tanginess that I want, I just add in a little fresh lemon juice and I get the right flavor!

Once you have your lemonade, all you need is some ice cream. It is that easy to have your own frosted lemonade version at home. Now I can have one any time I crave one! You get the sweet from the ice cream and the tart from the lemon.
